Once we decided to have them do our roof, they kept us informed on the schedule through an online portal that had all the information I needed. Liberty roofing pros Experience was amazing. Everything when as planned how often does that happen when you hire a contractor. They even had to come back and do a minor repair on some Vinyl siding. Which they did without any hassle or charge. We ordered the top of the line shingle roof. To replace our original roof of 23 years. And wow it makes the home look brand new again. We would definitely recommend them they are a professional and well organized company.

I met up with Jim Kelly when we had wind damage in April that left a-lot of damages. The house and separate garage roof both needed replaced as well as various other smaller damages Such as the flashing on the house etc.
Jim came out and checked out the damages via a drone👍🏼,so I felt confident with there recommendations Aubree also contacted my insurance company to share their findings with them in hopes of them paying for more of the damages. Which I appreciated. Then on installation day Dan and hisTeam showed up bright and early saying they would be done by 4.30PM that day! What two roofs in one day!plus replacing damaged wood that needed replaced and doing all of the other small jobs( flashing etc.). Well they finished up around 7:30 instead but they did they managed to get everything done in 1 day. Dan and his team were very friendly& respectful as was Jim. And respectful of my property especially with their clean up. The roofs look great if I can upload a picture I will do so ( before , during and after pictures)specially with their clean up. Those words perfectly summarize our experience with Liberty roofing. We have struggled with this company over the last 9 months to have a simple roof repair done, and now we are out thousands of dollars and have to redo their incredibly sloppy job.
But let's start at the beginning, shall we? My wife and I purchased a home a little over a year ago that had a leaking issue in the front of the living room. we had the person from Liberty Roofing out, and he said he would be able to fix the leaking issue with no problem. He also said that we would be able to reuse the cast iron railing on the balcony on our second floor. I further explained that we wanted my elderly mother to be able to use the balcony, so any surfaces put on it had to be fit for walking.
