I would give Liberty Roofing Ten stars if I could. They contacted me within hours of my initial inquiry and were understanding, helpful and just all around wonderful to work with. Once we decided to have them do our roof, they kept us informed on the schedule through an online portal that had all the information I needed. If I had a question, I could send a note and they would be back to me rapidly. Every person I dealt with was polite and could not have been nicer. Zane even took time with my 92 year old mother to make sure she understood and made her feel involved. (priceless to us). When the roof was finished I got photos from every angle! Thank you for a wonderful job.

Every aspect of working with Liberty Roofing Pros was excellent. A big thank you to Jim and Seth for all their help on the project. From the informative consult, to scheduling and of course the amazing work, everything exceeded my expectations. The team worked professionally and quickly but maintain high quality standards during my roof replacement. The materials used are top notch and looks amazing. Liberty roofing pros Experience was amazing. Everything when as planned how often does that happen when you hire a contractor. They even had to come back and do a minor repair on some Vinyl siding. Which they did without any hassle or charge. We ordered the top of the line shingle roof. To replace our original roof of 23 years. And wow it makes the home look brand new again. We would definitely recommend them they are a professional and well organized company.

I met up with Jim Kelly when we had wind damage in April that left a-lot of damages. The house and separate garage roof both needed replaced as well as various other smaller damages Such as the flashing on the house etc.

Jim came out and checked out the damages via a drone👍🏼,so I felt confident with there recommendations Aubree also contacted my insurance company to share their findings with them in hopes of them paying for more of the damages. Which I appreciated. Then on installation day Dan and hisTeam showed up bright and early saying they would be done by 4.30PM that day! What two roofs in one day!plus replacing damaged wood that needed replaced and doing all of the other small jobs( flashing etc.). Well they finished up around 7:30 instead but they did they managed to get everything done in 1 day. Dan and his team were very friendly& respectful as was Jim. And respectful of my property especially with their clean up. The roofs look great if I can upload a picture I will do so ( before , during and after pictures)specially with their clean up. From my first conversation with Liberty Roofing Pros until job completion everyone was very professional. We had a new roof and skylights replacement. Jim Kelly, the Manager and Dan the Project Manager were constantly in communication with me even though we are three time zones apart. They were timely and thorough is assessment to completement of the roof job. The cost was reasonable. I’m pleased with the end results. I would recommend them.

Complete and utter incompetence.
Those words perfectly summarize our experience with Liberty roofing. We have struggled with this company over the last 9 months to have a simple roof repair done, and now we are out thousands of dollars and have to redo their incredibly sloppy job.
But let’s start at the beginning, shall we? My wife and I purchased a home a little over a year ago that had a leaking issue in the front of the living room. we had the person from Liberty Roofing out, and he said he would be able to fix the leaking issue with no problem. He also said that we would be able to reuse the cast iron railing on the balcony on our second floor. I further explained that we wanted my elderly mother to be able to use the balcony, so any surfaces put on it had to be fit for walking.

Liberty Roofing was very professional and on time. They did a great job on my roof and when they finished the yard was left in great shape. I would recommend them anytime. My thank

I contacted Mr. Miller after the original roofer failed to show up. As I had already purchased the material, i was stuck. Mr miller gave me a honest evaluation of my situation.. I decided to return the material. Mr. Miller and his crew were very prompt and professional. they installed our new roof in a day. They worked 12 hours to get done. Jim and team were a pleasure to work with. We had shingles blown off after a wind storm. Jim and team were at my house 30 mins after my initial call to tarp my roof to prevent future damage. We ended up replacing our roof and couldn’t be happier with the end result. Any initial, and subsequent, recommendations for work were explained and backed up by photos. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The area around the house was well cleaned up afterwards.

Zane was great to deal with. He explained everything and showed me the roof drone pics and quoted my price up front. The Liberty website was great because it kept me informed of the work date which had to be postponed because of some terrible weather. So I always knew when they were scheduled to come. They did my roof in one day and did amazing work. They respected my property and cleaned up after they were done. I thought the price was fair and would gladly use them again for my future needs.
